Hi g_1969, It is evident in announcements I've seen of asx listed companies regarding compensation of directors that It doesn't seem to matter whether the MC or revenue is big or small, but directors are handsomely paid depending on experience and what they're doing for the coy of course. But would Xpe hire Lisa at half her worth and ask half of her heart for Xpe? She is still young and full of energy, she can easily get bored for being under utilised or for lack of reward or both. (It seems she got bored in 7 weeks.) People can make their own research or give suggestions about your query to get a feel but the basis of my comment is concrete salary data of over a thousand people in our region that make me salivate. The 'big IT' has revenue in excess of a hundred billion usd globally, but it doesn't matter whether big or small, a good company tries to pay fairly to keep talents. Sorry haven't answered your question. But if a valued staff is not rewarded properly they can be easily poached or they themselves jump ship. The stated reason she left is something else and I was simply suggesting I'm not that surprised she left given her compensation at xpe. The nature of the arrangement with her seemed to me was not meant to keep her long term and unfortunately it backfired expectacularly on Xpe's value. It's exacerbated by the discussion on HC of potential Intel t/o, and even if it's remote, it's the very coy Lisa came from. Regards
