The simple fact of the matter is that posters who hold have a 'glass half full' outlook and those that don't have a 'glass half empty' outlook. We get that - and you are just as predictable as everyone else.

If you want a more balanced view, try also bringing Dr Sheng in to your thinking and do some research on staff turnovers in tech start-ups. Maybe a bit of benchmarking and some evidence as to whether or not Xped is out of the ordinary. Maybe also benchmark with established techs such as Google, where the average turnover rate is around 1 year.

Enough of the innuendo - time for hard evidence!
