XPED obviously see their IOT future with Telink and Intel rather than Qualcomm which, despite previous associations, hasnt yielded results from John. As to the other changes, its clear that EAS etc were along for the ride or just a hindrance in the scheme of things so they've realigned the cannons for the next phase with a better deal crew.
