New performance shares linked to market cap and in no way revenue or profit - ive learnt a lesson or two in my short time and that is self interest is a horrid thing. Not a fan on superficial market cap goals for dilution of 12.5million shares.

While market cap should on average reflect value why on earth would one not set revenue or profit targets. It smells of uncertainty of timing of revenue to me.
