Pursuing 15 contracts through the courts (i.e. PBD holding a gun to the heads of buyers trying to back out of their contracts)

This says everything to me. There are obviously no other buyers around (they only sold a lousy 6 apartments over summer despite that extensive tv ad campaign by Knight Frank)

If demand was there, you'd just cancel the contracts, and sign up another buyer, rather than pursuing legal avenues
