this company suffers from michael kiernanitis and meningicoccal bad managementitis and as well.

MK put this company is a ridiculous position and there is massive stalling going on with management as they are trying to unwind themselves from these decisions.

Basically the current management is not invested in the company and is happy running and picking up and doing whatever is DCM's command. As there is not proactive ability the time lag is rather long ie reporting to austria , deciding, planning for action, more planning for action, re-drafting a plan for action, reviewing a plan for action, talking to their mates about a plan fot action and then putting together a final plan for action and ......then going through the above steps again.

The question that remains at this point is "Is SRE the stated nominee in this announcement'? If not then they only really have one asset in RCP....as MZI does not seem to be too hotly recognised from the market. RCP will only move once they possibly unwind themselves from the ridiculous situation that the two current Bozo's in Keith and Bruce (and MK) put the company in with La Jolla.

Lets hope that Nigel can turn things around as the rest of them in the Office are beyond hopeless.
