    Yes you are correct the new code JPRDA is falling. We need some news to prop the sp. Funny that HC has our Market cap over $1bil now.

    These defered settlement shares often have low volumes. From memory you dont get the usual T+3 to fund the purchase. Most people just sit on sidelines and wait the extra few days to buy under usual code.
