    i asked the question because it seems like its a vital condition that should have been disclosed to the market when the approval was annouced.. after all we went into 3 days of TH for the ann.. when it took MotaniHatim 3 min to find it!....

    in regards to all your other questions and ans OZ.. at the time of writing .. the ann of approval is out.. we need to worry about "equity" conditions for financing
