What did you think of the agenda for the coming AGM LOTM?
That one about changing the constitution to protect us from a 'partial takeover' feels like a bit of a setup.
Should the major shareholders be the ones engineering the partial takeover, not much would protect us then..
Are partial takeovers a routine hazard with an AIM listing?
Does anybody else feel as uncomfortable about this as me, and equally unable to grasp the full implications??
