I don't like AGM notices as a whole, as most of the resolutions are never set out in black & white.

No this is not something I have seen on AIM before, but I'm actually happy with it as I understand what there tring to do in roundabout way.

So I'm relaxed about that, not sure I want to give them that much fire power for a placing, especially after the last one was done at 4.9 cents when they had time to do one at 6 cents or above and didn't, which just diluted existing shareholders :( :(

To me the consolidation was a mistake and I told them so, UK investors would not be bothered about there being a billion plus shares in issue, it actually increases activity in the shares and many people once involved look to get there holding to 1 million shares. UK investors will take punts in shares and like those with low share prices under 10p especially which JPR no longer is.

So no happy enough about the resolutions, getting J-51 well flowing at 700+ bod just after the AIM listing would be very helpful as will getting full oil sales going on J-50 & J-52 by year end. That should cause a re-rating of the share price.
