Thanks LOTM. I agree entirely about the re-rating when they get the international oil sales permits. This has been a gold-standard operation since Waterford took control. I am still a bit uncomfortable about the change of constitution though. It is the presence of Soyuzneftgas that bothers me. They have just voted massively in favour of the project, but we have to be sure that their interests and our coincide, or we may wind up dead.
