it seems that Bayer settlements tend to range from a few million dollars in instances where they have acted unethically, all the way up to $750million in the one particular case of broad agricultural market damage.
The bulk of them are upwards of $100m
A few million in lost revenue on the 10,000 units they asked Tyrian to manufacture will seem like a cheap exit in comparison to some of their other spats.
