The problem as i see it is it was Tyrians fault that Bayer exited the agreement not Bayers because it clearly stated the second readrite test did not met all expectations and failed to meet certain requirements.
This wouls i am sure be in the contract clause.
Need to look further.
But i would not be expecting any payout IMO.
When a product fails to meet criteria, thats generally allows parties to end contracts.Could be wrong but i have a feeling i am not given everyon is exiting TDX including Jenny.
