I share every ones dissappointment as I am a long term holder but I feel that this is the bottom. The appt of Phil Thick is a major event and he is cleaning the slate. He has obviously found issues and wants to set the market straight.
This may have been a bitter pill for Frank to swallow but his expertise lies with the Tech and he must foocus on this 110%. For the rest of the remaining Board they too are responsible for this downgrade but totally lack experience. The Chairman who is experienced should bear some responsibility for this and I believe he must go and hopefully can be replaced with someone who has highly reputable in business circles.
Lets hope Thick has got it right.
