I don't see the ann as a negative BRR, The doubt over what they where doing in there was much more of a concern for me than the reality. Some will sell, but I think by now most were fearing worse than that. This announcement has no hype, just level pub talk type explanation of where we are at, not "we will be... by next week" then nothing for 6 months, then another stating the same.
