Do I read this correctly.

David & Rudolf advisers (sympathetic) to the Beng are now equity partners in one of the participants in the Beng/Nkwe confront.

Is this "Looks like a resolution to the Beng dispute is all but a done deal" as per Pelican or is this now a conflict of interest and a further muddying of the waters.
