I dont think we want 20+ year agreements from Sims and Alcoa. I think a 12 month once makes sense. Why would a No 1 AFL Draft Pick acept a 10 year contract in year 1 - when he can take a 1 year contract have a big year then ask for double the salary !! or do a Jack Gunston or Tom Scully.
