well BBG has been far more profitable than ZQK over the years. In fact ZQK hasn't made a profit for years. Last year was the first year BBG hasn't made a profit
a lot of that lose is taken up with restructuring costs and brand writedowns
BBG like ZQK is now in the process of turning the business around so far Inman has implemented a number of eg reduce debt cut unprofitable brands cut wholesalers leverage the brand close none performing stores
But it is early days. It will take a while before the impact of these initiatives shows up in bottom line.
I reckon this will be a good business in couple of years I'm actually hoping that it doesn't get taken over.
