In a Notice of Proposed Deregistration published by ASIC on 4 June 2013, it advises ASIC proposes to deregister Autus Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 142 535 331) under section 601AB.
I assume this is the same company that was the Deed Proponent referred to by the Administrator William Buck on 17 May 2013.
If they are one and the same company we are up the proverbial creek without a paddle.
