overloaded, close to the wall yes but that is why Dr Dongyi Hua got in so cheap. Should they have been insolvent I doubt he would have touched it. He would have waited for an administrators fire sale if he wanted it that bad.
I'm certain he would have performed his due diligence thoroughly and those who get onboard at this time will be rewarded. For those who bought in at better times you may never be fully recompensed but IMO if you give him and his team time your losses will be somewhat mitigated.
