The SP ultimately comes down to the hard numbers they churn out. When we start seeing those and if they are positive then the SP will improve. If not then c'est le stock market.
The heavy dilution caused by this and the last CR will limit the level of the SP potential (unless they suddenly make spectacular profits) although the fact that the last bunch of options weren't exercised (I'm assuming no one paid five cents for a 1 cent share) mitigates this a little.
If the capital raising is fully taken up that should mean about 2.5 billion shares so a price of 5c would give a market cap of 125 million. That's just a very rough guess as I don't have the exact share numbers handy.
