    happy with the update however in relation to :

    "hybrid of equity and project finance"

    I strongly urge the company to avoid AT ALL COSTS an arrangement that involves CONVERTIBLE NOTES.

    As long as they avoid the dreaded CONVERTIBLE NOTE, all is good... otherwise i will have to bolt out of here faster than Speedy Gonzalez with nothing but the shirt on my back.
