In the absence of news, this might simply be a recognition that we are getting closer to the stage where it seems the mine will get up and running and possibly provide AVX with revenue to get the trials funded. And they are phase 3 trials remember, so it might simply be someone with a bit of cash thinking that its worth buying a few shares at 2c when the company is about to run a pivotal phase 3 trial that could see a very large increase in market cap.
