good to see an update, not to be negative but it does feel like they announced all of that information at the start as they needed to announce the credit raising facility and didn't want to alarm the market...

good news on paraguay, and SS application to be done soonish. extra shipments from Panga too which is good. My gut feel is that this time Zeff has put more padding on the timeframes, which is good, as there are obviously minor delays with basically everything (administration delays i should clarify that point, not MNE delays) so making sure he is able to under commit again is a good policy.
