After 8 months the only plan this board can come up with is to close down its only operation. All its cash will be spent on redundancies and its contaminated site is probably worth nothing. Industry specific plant and equipment has little value. Other posters have said the US site was unoccupied for 10 years before MHM bought it so it is probably also of little value.
IMO no good pursing Frank as the company will run out of cash before it gets 1 cent from him.
I would not be surprised if the Board asks for an increase in fees at the AGM.
We have all been taken for a ride by Frank.
The new Board has continued to display a lack of leadership. Misinformation the company continued to display on its website was misleading imo. Isn't it the responsibility of the Board to ensure shareholders are adequately informed.
When will the Board be held accountable?
