Gut feel, the high court will side with govt and zrl and knock out the Greenie stay of execution, allowing the go ahead, but presumably the greenies can still have a crack in the Supreme Court. I wonder whether the high court decision will affect the outcome of the Supreme Court?

Good job, thanks for the KISS explanation, as I too was out in the weeds with the legal mumbo jumbo.

It is always nice when someone takes the time to respond and not be a smart arse about it.
