imo the reason for bringing in destum was for the very real possibility the company faces of getting ripped off in a t/o where Pfizer or biogen say would only pay the value of one drug to take anp over and sell the other to another company and recoup the cost of the takeover and get a free drug, either 1103 or 1102. shareholders of anp would imo be getting ripped off the value of one drug if that happens.
