Trying to understand this mess is like scuba diving in Manila...

Trying to understand this mess is like scuba diving in Manila Bay.....Can't see anything....hard to tell which way is up or down....I've mentally written this whole clown-show off....They had plenty of time to do something useful.....and from what we have seen from announcements - didn't do anything useful. Just hope the final burial is before June 30....
