Thanks to adl for the link. The piece titled, Attachment B. "Independent Experts Report and Technical Experts Report" from page 104 of the "MEO, MEO Scheme Booklet and Independent Expert Report" is in my opinion necessary reading for anyone not involved in a hostile takeover bid, (Evoworld, even though it is a shareholder, has to be seen as hostile). Both NEN and MEO,s BoD,s are actively promoting the merger, have they got it so wrong for the us dare I say it, ordinary shareholders? MEO,s shareholder vote will be crucial.....
