Sandon is aligned with the two Simons via dealings with Taylor Collison. They appear to be in cohoots, not wanting to return capital to shareholders, but rather favouring spending the cash on a vehicle that will provide good return to Sandon interests whilst not giving any further capital return to the small CHZ shareholders.

I see Rick Valenta is one of the casualties of this. A nice, genuine guy in an industry where nice guys are few and far between.
