Well we have a New Board and they are now recommending that we all participate in a share buy back.They are being gratious enough to suggest that we will allow them to buy back up to $6200000 worth of shares,this will result in a decrease in issued capital of 175,637,394 shares.So there will be 45,372606 shares remaining on issue with $2200000 cash on hand.This will result in the remaining shares a value of 0.0485o per share .So they paid 0.02 and it becomes 0.0485,sorry what have I missed? Working for the shareholders please!!
