MLX are going to lose TAM dispute, of that I have no doubt.. in any case, it's an aquisition so failing to win an aquisition should not be detrimental to MLX's good record and current share price..
QTRLY due soon should show 37-38000 MOz gold produced and should give us an indication of how far advanced the CMP is.. that's the main game I would have thought
TIN price has been languishing but this will have negligible impact on the bottom line..
share price is holding up relatively well and as long as AUS $ below 0.78 and POG above US $1190 Oz they are making good money..
