The announcement has suggested that there are discussions with parties underway so time will tell if it comes true. While the statement is bullish the alternatives might have been plugging along as they have or hit shareholders up for more capital directly. With no one emerging to buy entire business then this structure will likely support the capital needs of the retail side which probably needs a brand boost as well while the other part can run as a cashflow positive entity. It would be good to see someone like a Domain take a stake. All IMO
