    Management should be proactive about the 40% arbitrage between market cap and cash backing alone and commence a $1M buy back

    Buying back up to 10M shares at a maximum of say 8c would completely eliminate all selling, would reduce the register to only 60M shares and still leave $6M+ to do whatever they please
