King Salman is shaking up the old guard and looks to be progressive, already the Bin Laden group is no longer the flavour of the month, even before the accident in Mecca, and a Foreign Group is keen to take its place. So Alara/Bayan are positioning to scoop up the licence, but how much compensation is to be paid to Manajem is anyones guess ... IMHO
