The result of a final hearing will null & void both the agreement and mining licence but will look after its own by ruling compensation in lieu. King Salman is shaking up the old guard and looks to be progressive, already the Bin Laden group is no longer the flavour of the month, even before the accident in Mecca, and a Foreign Group is keen to take its place. So Alara/Bayan are positioning to scoop up the licence, but how much compensation is to be paid to Manajem is anyones guess ... IMHO
