My initial thoughts EXACTLY. Not convinced any of this is gd for SHers... Maybe appt of receivers wld at least end it.
Only obvious +ve on 1st perusal is those involved being paid in 'worthless' shares. Will have to read closely to understand the full process. Hate the 400:1 consolidation - always a bad sign, but then again how many shares can a koala bear...Pt
