I'm not here to argue either, just set the facts straight so other members aren't confusing who the dealmaker is and what various parties' actual track records are. But hey, if you think this is a good shell, go for it. We've all seen unexpected shells pull good deals. Here's hoping JE doesn't go medical marijuana. Oh and EH is a secretary, not a deal maker, so don't really see the relevance.
