I think there are still hopes for VIC:
1. Vote against the deal. Why does VIC need to give the company away? If they want back door listing with VIC, they can come here and beg for it.
2. Eliminate all current board members/ directors. These thieves are against all shareholders and investors. Get rid off them, I don't care how.
3. Try focus on other sectors. Tech acquisition is so 2014, it is no longer a hot sector. Smart sports band, seriously? How visionary! As if the market isn't flooded with these rubbish already.
