As a placement it is not too bad although they are not actually giving much away
The problem always is if they offer them much less than the current SP they will cause the SP to drop at the same time so you lose out any way
As always it would have been nice if they had given a reason for the CR because it's one thing to have money but too many times Boards fritter it away and don't use it all to the benefit of the shareholders
