Meanwhile, in a massive display of confidence, the MD has had $3.2 million which ACO apparently owed to him repaid. (That little gem was buried at the end of their Announcement of 18 Dec).
I mean - it's not like ACO needs the money any more, right?

I would say their chances of returning from suspension are very slim indeed. If I was a shareholder, I would be asking very pointed questions of the company Directors, via a class action.
