I agree and i think that the use of independent agents shouldn't have been tolerated , it allows too much opportunity for the bending of ethics.

I do think that the authorities have not been proactive and are now working after the fact and scrambling to save face. When in fact the system which they propagated is a disaster, this is the game which they set up and didnt manage.

Meanwhile the SH are left in limbo
