Well the Federal Department of Education and Training have certainly upped the stakes. No longer deferring $40 million in ACO earnings but cancelling it entirely; and in the face of the already announced ACO litigation to get the deferred funding.

An informed individual might know where the funding to support 21 000 active and continuing (according to ACO) students is coming from and how will this be impacting the company fortunes. An informed individual might know how the announced changes in purchase arrangements for proposed subsidiaries Smallprint and Catapult are affecting fortunes. Any informed individuals out there?

I guess we have to presume the Board of ACO honestly believe they will defeat the Feds in all litigation; Department of Education, Australian Skills Quality Authority and ACCC. Anything less would be a disclosure issue??
