However the bravado indicates ACO intend to fight to the death. Perhaps that bravado is about the same intensity as G cancelling the debt outright. They are after all defending a court case now. Seems ACO believe in their position, or at least their lawyers do. Suffice to say that G's liability for the debt turns on complexities and may not be possible to deny where compliance exists.
It's possible it will survive. Agree about TAFE delivery ffoyzer.
For now I've written off the capital and don't really give a damn.
