I made a one million dollar subsciption for stock in KAB in a private placement, I believe if my memory serves me correctly February, 2012

This was paid by me into KAB accounts, yet the full amount of shares were not placed into my account.

Landau told me that it would need to go to a General Meeting for approval.

So he took all of my money and started spreading it around the grounds.

I grew impatient as every promise to hold the meeting was broken time after time.

Some months elapsed and I demanded my $500,000 back as why would I all0w this to occur? What company director takes money from a shareholder yet issues not shares, bite goes and spends the m0ney anyway.

So, ASIC, if you are watching this forum.......the refund of $500,000 came from a company called Range Resources.

I'll even show you the bank statement to prove it, just give me a call ASIC.
