REVIEW OF ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITY
Emergent Resources Limited (Company) advises that, further to recent shareholder queries, the Board confirms it has identified an attractive acquisition opportunity. Preliminary technical, legal and financial due diligence has commenced on the entity which is a Hong Kong based copper recycling business operating in the Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces and into Korea, China and Japan.
The Company is currently reviewing technical and financial data on the opportunity and any agreement will be subject to all necessary regulatory approvals.
No terms have yet been agreed with the entity and the Company will update the market as soon as further material progress on these review activities occurs.
