    Every other company is outsourcing its software development function and XPE was looking to acquire a software shop? Didnt make sense. Much more flexibility afforded by purchasing development of non core components as needed. Let inhouse engineers focus on the real nuts and bolts of our product offering. Developers are a dime a dozen these days, no need to carry the associated overheads
