They haven't raised it, which must be super alarming for holders.
They have approached Sophs and got "firm commitments" the Sophs then need to transfer funds soon, most likely by Friday.
If I was a Soph having been promised massive re-rates etc only to see the SP fall below raise price I would be on the phone to Tom politely declining to participate.
