It's not done, calls went out informing Sophs they intend to run a placement in the near future.
Sophs then say yes/no based on the pitch given... "firm commitment" has conditions attached obviously one of which is SP at or above 1.5c at time of fund transfer to be consistent with 25% discount to 15 day VWAP at time of saying yes. So nothing concrete or legally binding... just "firm"
