Given that neither Divan or TV2U have a DRM solution any content agreement via Vubiquity or another partner IMO it will demand that a detailed Technical Questionairre(TQ) be completed, submitted and audited by Vubiquity or the studios, before any actual content is released.
This process will normally take about 3-6 months to complete but the project to install and prove a DRM will consume somewhere close to 500K and about 4 months as well, and must be done to satisfy and align to Hollywood content obligations.
I am doing one right now and have seen now sign that Hollywood has changed its content licencing regime beyond looking to anticipate and mitigate new hacking technologies and watermark content so pirated content can be traced back to the source of the leak.
Divan and TV2U will have to collaborate to make this key architectural piece happen. Alot of Hollywood content in CIS states is pirated.
